Number of natural killer cells and cytokine levels in peripheral blood at various degrees of severity

This study aims to investigate NK cell number and cytokines level in various degrees of severity COVID-19 cases. A total 63 patient aged >18 y were divided into mild-moderate severe-critical groups. Patient characteristics peripheral blood count obtained from medical records. cells number, levels IFN-?, IL-10, IL-12 examined by means flow cytometry. The group had leukocytosis, neutrophilia, lymphopenia, higher Neutrophil Lymphocyte Ratio, lower IL-10. In group, those >60 years both groups, patients with diabetes comorbidities a (p<0.05). IL-10 have potential as predictor severe patients.
